Today just for the heck of it, I decided to turn on FF on my Inquisitor that I started on Nightmare diffuculty.  When I went into the options, the game had placed it down to Normal. I looked in my previous saves and the one that was still on Nightmare was before I went to the templars. Teh next save, after getting the templars, the setting was down to normal.  Is this a bug and will this affect the achievement?

 

P.S. I'm on a 360

You might have reset the settings, which turns it back to normal.
