So here's some food for thought. We know that Inquisition takes place in 9:41. Which makes it nearly half way through the Dragon Age. All our companions so far that we love so dearly are in their mid-years, some older, some younger. What does that mean? Will we by the time DA5 comes out be seeing Leliana as an old woman and would Hawke have died of old age? It raises some interesting questions of continuity. Or will they say that the Apocalypse is coming in 9:43 and go all trolololo

well maybe we are gonna have the children of Leliana or her apprentice, or the child of Hawke or his nephew and some as Morrigan are well immortal or forever young, some are gods like Flemeth and you know who, some can be old but still badass like Cullen some do not get old like Cole. But the best answer is they travel in the future with time magic and help the pc there(stupid time magic offering shortcuts and killing cool things).

I always thought 36-38 years was pretty accurate for Cassandra. I don't know about Bull or Solas or Sera though. Do other races age the same way?

They do.
 

All the races have approximately the same life-span. But Qunari have sanitation and medicine, and so on average tend to live the longest. Dalish do not live any longer than city elves. The only Dalish to "reclaim" any immortality was Zathrian, and he was using a blood magic curse.

Josephine' writer Sylvia places her in the 27-29 age range.

I like to think Leliana is at least 36-37 years old by Inquisition. She seemed naive in Leliana's Song. So in my mind she was 20-23 years old in LS then she joins the cloister and stays there for 2 years. She is 25 by the time of Origins then the 5th blight ends a year later so 26 by the end. Then Inquisition is 10 years later so 36 or 37 by Inquisition.
Cassandra being 1 or 2 years older then Leliana.
