Hello All,

I have seen many screenshots around of two differing versions of the battlemage armor, but no definitive explanation of which one is what, or why they are different.  It is clear that they are different schematics, but I'd like to know exactly which one is which and where to get them.

I finally got to playing as a mage and want the first screenshot's armor, but when I went to the hissing wastes and bought the sturdy battlemage armor and the arms, I recall them looking like the second screenshot.

 

Which schematic gives the first screenshot's appearance, and what armor level (light, med, heavy) is it?

The body armor in both those images is Superior Battlemage Armor. You can buy that schematic from the vendor in Hissing Wastes.

The arm piece in the first image is Battlemage Coat Arms. This is a RNG drop. You can get it from farming Sulevin's Cradle or any other dungeon with chests that roll Tier 3 schematics.

The arm piece in the second image is Battlemage Armor Arms. I think you can buy that schematic from the vendor in Hissing Wastes.

All of these are Tier 3 light armor.
