Been waiting over 30 min now and it still says longest person on the line hasbeen waiting over 30 min. I'm not hopeful for a quick resolve.

Just try tomorrow. The DLC armor and stuff can't be customized. Zaeed isn't even UP yet. Most the DLC stuff is fluff that can be added on for later. So relax, enjoy the game a bit today, fix the problem tomorrow.

See, that's the one thing I'm upset about. If someone would come out and say: "Hey, we're working on something to come out in the next few days" or "Send this moderator at EA a message and we'll get your accounts merged", I would be more than happy for that.
But this is classic EA, they never have clean launches. I've NEVER experienced this with Valve, Bungie, etc.
Frankly, I just want to **** at a real person at this point because I don't care if I don't get the actual content today, it's the fact that EA has bungled yet another release and are completely silent about it.
Happened the past two years with NHL series (Servers absolutely lagging and going down, with them saying: "OMG we didn't expect such a big turnout!!!" Seriously? Why even make the game if you don't shoot for a big release date.)
EA needs to BETA TEST. Jesus.

I have it on iPhone and plugged in my headphones while I browse, I'll put it on speaker phone if I go anywhere else lol...although I could probably go take a nap given the wait times supported here

Yes, and when they FINALLY decide to pick up, ask to speak to a supervisor and yell at them for working at such a fail company.

I'm curious as to whether anyone has actually talked to anyone from EA, as I've had no change in my wait, no one on here has said they've talked to anyone.
Some guy on the EA forums said he actually talked to someone in Live Chat, I'm debating if he's an EA employee stalling for time, or if he was a kitten that got thrown in front of a bus in his previous life. Karmatically, he has something bad coming to him regardless I imagine for getting so lucky.
