No he's saying that if this turned out to be the case, doing it in a prequel means your PC couldn't uncover it in a future game. Uncovering in the present would be more interesting than finding out in a prequel.

1st or second blight game would be cool. Or even before that during the time Elves ruled. I am willing to bet they were worse than the Tevinter Empire.
Isn't Dragon Age being a game of decisions. So prequels will contradicts with game design so..........

I'd rather move on and continue the game During the Dragon Age. I don't think Ancient Age has as good a ring to it. Plus if we continue the story, we might get a story with Griffons in it!
There are amazing stories available for a prequel. The rise of Andraste, the birth of the Grey Wardens after a hundred years of Blight, the Magisters who enter the Golden City. As many historical stories end in tragedy, the ending need not even be happy. But I doubt BW would be able to do it justice now, considering the path they are on. The lore is rich and has awesome stories, but seeing how Inquisition has such a weak story and sidequests, I'd rather they not mess with the already established past lore. They will most likely end up not doing the stories justice.

No. I'd rahter see a game where Morrigan's son has some kind of an involvement. He has the essence of an archdemon inside him after all. But since the ritual was optional not everyone did it. I think that we should move forward regardless if the demon boy is involved or not.
Wouldnt mind a prequal set in the first raid to the golden city.. maybe a dlc prequal hehe
in another thread, we explored the idea of DAI dlc that follows Corypheus preparing his raid on the golden city - a kind of Darkspawn Chronicles for DAI. i thought it should keep quiet that it was Corypheus, and you only find out who you're playing at the end
