Ok folks, help a brother out here -

 

Where are the multiplayer keys documented (on PC)?

 

I go to Options->Key Binding and all I see are the single player keybinds.

 

Also, where do I go to set my player banner and title and such?

You can set Banner/Title/Icon from the Prestige section. If you look at the challenges you've completed, some of them have a "Set Banner/Title/Icon" option. Different star levels can have different options. 

 

It's a pretty weird way it's set up...
