You want customer feed back well Congratz this post is all about it!
I created my account entered my code.
Went to EA to make sure my account was linked.
Guess what it is!
And guess what i still don't have my download.
I've read all of the posts on here. At this point i'm going to chalk this up as a EA and Bioware joint fail YAY!
Would it have been so difficult to make it a marketplace redeamable download?
By the way i really do love when the Bioware Fail Admins make a thread on how to and it's total fail like they didn't even try it. Don't you get paid for this? Your job is to moniter a thread a resolve issues and you can't even do that.
Am i yelling at bioware and ea for their stupidity? yes...i am...
Microsoft created the marketplace for just this reason...funny theres even a redeam code tab in the marketplace after you hit the Xbox center button. Did you think maybe just maybe we should use this to, i don't know, let people redeam code and download content.
This is my first time pre ordering a game and getting a bonus. So far my experience has been loaded with fail and stupid people *cough* Bioware Forum Fail Admins *cough* EA Games *cough*
Heres a smiley face to brighten up your day of fail Image IPB

It's PC users who got the CE retail as well. Cerberus Network is equal in its hatred towards us.

I believe that offered downloadable content that throusands of users have had problems getting.
If you do that it should work.
If you offer DLC it should be on par with your game enough said

I'm hesitant to blame Bioware. EA has pulled these "EA promo code" shenanigans with all it's games lately, in an attempt to combat Used game purchases, and not just the Bioware ones. (EX: See "The Saboteur" and it's "Midnight Show" content). It's a horribly flawed system that gets foisted upon every cog in the EA machine, and unfortunately Bioware has become one such cog. It's not the fault of the staff that they got bought, and it's not their fault that EA is forcing them to play along when all they were trying to do was release a game they've been working towards since BEFORE they were bought. As for the "fail admins", there's only so much a Bioware forum admin can do, especially when 90% of the problems are through EAs servers, which they have no direct power over. Just my opinion.
