I can't seem to find any of the trainers? Any idea

Did you do the war table mission to get them? If so they are in the lower courtyard, by the tents where the wounded are.

Trainers for the Inquisitor, it insta completes and, you get a cutscene that shows them coming into Skyhold as soon as you exit the war table when you do it. They are 3 mages, two female and one male.

It depends on what class trainers you're talking about.

The warrior trainers are up on the battlements in the southeast corner past Cullen's office, above the stables where Blackwall dwells.

The rogue trainers are on the ground floor next to the stables on the side where the horse stands, by the well.

The mage trainers are apparently where DarkAmaranth said, I haven't yet gotten that far with my mage.

There should be quest diamonds on the map for them though.

Go to your map, hit the journal button. Then go to the inner circle quests and select the trainers for your mission. They will pop up in the map with quest icons.

I cleared most of the missions on the war room table along with the inquisitors and yet I can't seem to find the trainers, I will check  the journal but will accept any help.

You need to fast travel out of Skyhold at least once (doesn't matter where) and return for the Specialization War Table mission to become available.

First I think you need to hit level 12ish I think. Then you need I think Josephine availible to do the "Specialization for the Inquisitor" WAR TABLE mission. Once it's done your trainers will arrive. For mage and rouge the trainers will be around the tents on the bottom section. For warrior the trainers are on the upper section (like upper right? try walking around the upper section from Cullen and work down. it's kind of like a L shaped section). Sadly where they are are unmarked for all three specific classes.

All three like to hang around the tents.

 

 

Two hang by the side while 'Assassin' hangs under a tree by a rock.

 

 

All three are literally side by side each other.
