These dragons seem more animals so let's treat them as such:
- Remove the guard shield -too artificial
- Add health regen "Freaks of nature"
- Increase dragon jumps -ground pounder stun
- Increase dragon flight to avoid damage
- increase tail slam -fall damage and/or shock value
- Bite and toss dynamic -melee and fall damage shock value slow to get up
- Add some unique spells, spits red lyrium arrow damage and lootable and the like
- Add sister call -another dragon to circle and harass, that may leave any time or stay to the bitter end.
Combine and randomize the effects based on a range of player level and difficulty.
Probably need the team behavior model "damage aware" for this to work effectively.
