I'm a fast archer that like to jump around the field (evade for days). Which specialization would be best and why? I'm the only archer in my party and I travel with Dorian, Vivienne, and Blackwall.
Best specialization for Archer

The three of them are excellent. You can't go wrong whichever you pick. You might want to check your companions (Varric, Cole and Sera), spec them, give them a Bow and play around.
The Assassin and the Tempest are known for being the higher DPS ones and both add some interesting mobility, but in very different ways. Personally I prefer the Artificer, I find it the most fun and versatile, and it still delivers some serious damage.

Artificer really shines if you can manage to have a group with overall high critical chance you can really just spam long shot all day. Other than that I found the assassin and tempest to be pretty much on equal grounds, assassin offers better damage while tempest offers better utility. Thousand Cuts is ridiculous but I think Mark of Death is better if you use it right.
Gameplay wise I can't really comment on the artificer since I have yet to play as one but I think of him as the traditional archer stay in the back shoot your shots set some traps if things start to look your way.
The assassin relies on heavy stealth play and as an assassin stealth + full draw can outright kill most things even on nightmare. I also found hidden blades to be surprisingly good.
Tempest is the most unorthodox of the rogues and relies on utility and making choices as to the right flask for the right time. Flask of Lightning + Bow of the Griffon is the ultimate dragon killer though. Flask of Fire is good but I found it incredibly dull after a while.
I personally enjoyed the Assassin archer over the Tempest but that's just my preference. Good luck.
EDIT for the artificer I forgot to mention that a lot of people seem to think that it's a bit underwhelming in terms of damage but really fun to play as. Since I have no personal experience with the spec though take that as you will.

I think honestly, if you don't like using (or exploiting) focus abilities, and actually play as your inquisitor in combat (instead of taking over companions), Tempest might be the worst for archer.
Flask of Fire can be replicated by artificer easily, with no downtime.
Flask of Frost is better suited to DW Rogue.
Flask of Lightning is best suited to escape/positioning. If you want to exploit FoL just pause, use FoL, switch to controlling a companion, and watch your inquisitor deal 100x normal DPS for 7-11 seconds, don't forget to turn off use of any abilities in tactics (because you just want auto attacks).
Assassin has best burst, Artificer has best sustained damage. Tempest has.... best survivability and focus ability.

Assassin is probably going to give you the highest overall DPS, although it depends on whether or not you factor in the flask of fire + thousand cuts "bug" which makes any boss super easy.
I'm personally playing as Tempest archer and it has been incredibly fun, especially since I respecced to focus on using Leaping shot together with flask of fire and hook & tackle. Leap in -> spam leaping shot 4 times with flask of fire for massive damage.
Here's a build video I made:

Artificer if you build your team around it.
Assassin if you want to maximize killing power or can't be bothered working numbers.
Tempest if you want to cheese Thousand Cut on bosses and be mediocre/defensive outside of it.
Tempest is defensive(Outside of the focus ability). Artificer with 50%+ crit (Achieved at level 13...) got a permanent flask of fire-effect going on. Flask of Lightning is no dps increase. An archer can't utilize flask of frost without going into melee, so that would be a colossal waste given both Long Shot and Full Draw (2 major damage abilities of an archer) gets damage bonus at a range. Not to mention 25% more damage at an elevation with the right passive.
