I'm afraid people often become more interested in something the more unattainable it is. I suggest you do the complete opposite and act extremely interested and needy, be as pathetic as you can. Also be rude to everyone else, especially her friends.

Well man, you need to be able to express yourself. I mean if you have told her no a couple of times, then you need to be a little more forward and/or blunt about being uninterested.

Seriously though,depending on how badly her advances are bothering you, you might be best off telling her that she needs to stop making advances or else you can't be friends with her anymore. I say this because if you already have made yourself clear and she ain't stopping there might be some serious problems on down the line.
