Been seeing a lot of hunters running around just 1 shotting everything, including the final boss.

Hack/glitch/purplebuild  whatever, it makes for very dull games.

Its not cheat there using the one shot build stealth plus stealth crit plus long shot. With the right bow (bow of the griffon) you can crit 7-12k with one shot try it first its alot of fun lol.

This. I rack up the kills on my Hunter and Archer because I have the 2 best bows; Longbow of the Griffin and Punched by the Maker. Put a superb rune on there and you are OP.

Also the high end life stealing staff on hit modified with 12 percent heal on kill. With arcane warrior built with rift is alot of fun. The ele can use the staff with death siphon and firestorm plus any dot to never die. When a dot is up inc firestorm you cannot die it keeps rezzing you up. If you are lucky to get the 200 hp belt 10 constitution neck the 10 percent heal on kill ring and the armor pen you can solo threating without breaking a sweat.


(The staff has a heal for one percent of damage dealt on hit.)

This.  Just got Punched By The Maker this weekend.  With the upgraded weapon slots/abilities, and correct passives, it is hard hitting.

I was accused of hacking last night.

I wonder if it was the OP?

I triple gold medaled the first game. Felt bad and decided to hang back the second game and just clear treasure rooms and play gold pick up duty. Only interfering if we were in danger of wiping. I noticed the keeper kept hanging back by me and acting unusual. A voice came over comms and said, and I'm paraphrasing here, "Now that I'm recording you're afraid to hack?"

I audibly lol'd over the mic and replied, "Post your video and I will post one of me soloing the same map and difficulty and doing it FASTER. I'm staying out of the way because I felt bad not because I'm afraid of getting in trouble."

Gear REALLY matters in this game. If someone's dominating it's probably because they're geared to the teeth. This is exactly why I start my matches solo. The people who join are less likely to complain given *I* started the match alone as opposed to joining theirs and raining on their parade.

I have on the other hand trolled a few routine games with my Katari, Sulevin blade and +30% on charging bull (you one hit all the footsoldiers when you charge ) when I'm bored - just to try to get every kill in the game and then quickly leave. I bet some rather new people thought I was a cheat too...

I've stopped doing that though. I started to feel guilty. I mean, you have to think about the children.

Hosting and doing stuff solo till randoms show up is so much more efficient than looking for a pub group esp with the "Joining game session" hang among other issues.  However hosting does has its downside once the key drop **** occurs, bye bye xp.

If you're talking about 1 shotting bosses in routine mode, then that's not really that surprising? Doubt it's on threatening+ modes.
