Well played. Ever notice how much more male skin we see in this game and how little female skin by way of comparison? It's because showing (half)naked women is sexist and showing (half) naked men is progressive, or something like that. Notice the Inquisitor fully clothed but Cullen nude. Hmmm...It is a sign from the Maker.

I agree with you no naked Josephine. :( but we have this.

You'd think he could have at least covered her up or something. I mean, I know Skyhold has oddly good weather for a castle in the snowy mountains, but I bet it gets chilly at night. Especially in a barn next to an open window.

In the Blackwall romance the Inquisitor is naked and Blackwall keeps all of his clothes on, though. Cassandra and Sera also get their kit off.

I know someone will object, but thank the Maker for that.

Never saw the appeal, myself.

Wait, Blackwall isn't considered attractive?

Isn't Cullen some sort of standard male beau; most female players swoon for him. I can see it I suppose. Blackwall does not seem far off in this respect.

yea he's sort of the "classic" type... the whole blond, clean cut, etc etc. Blackwall is a bit more on the rugged side (also I think he's a good bit older as well) and he's WAY more reserved than Cullen is, which is saying something. Though he does have the damaged goods angle going for him as well.

Anyway, I wasn't meaning Blackwall isn't attractive. It's just a very different sort of attractiveness which probably appeals to fewer people, whereas if you were going to create a character 95% of people would love Cullen would be that character,

Yes, it seems that Cullen's romance is the main selling point of the game to many people.

Looks like someone hasn't read the Blackwall appreciation thread!  He appeals to a LOT of ladies and gents.  The rugged damaged type.  Also ladies love beards.

Fortunately, his fans have the sex romance card to make up for the lack of in-game shirtless scene  .

Anyway, I myself think he's hot like burning. He might even beat out Fenris, Sebastian and Iron Bull for my personal title of Most Attractive Available Man In Thedas, although it's a close run thing. Obviously tastes vary.

Cullen is personally more my cup o' tea, but there is certainly nothing wrong with Blackwall! That man's got some game!

Funny about Cullen, he didn't appeal to me in the slightest in prior games but in this game, holy moly.  His voice acting is noticeably different in DA:I - more intense?

Clement, my Inquisitor, can't take it anymore. He must have him. I demand BW allow's Cullen to evolve into a bisexual man. So Clement, can take him out by the horse shed and do things to him I can't mention on these forums.

If you think that's how it works, then aren't you really bisexual?  And thus, your being gay is just a choice (you could just as easily like women)?

No?  Not so much?

I'm concerned with how the community is more determinate with making Cullen bisexual over opening him up to the other females that are unable to romance him currently.

I'm concerned about how the community only seems to want Cullen to be bi over all the other romance options out there. Why is there no major movement going on to allow Blackwall to "evolve" in his sexuality? It's probably because he has a miserable, tragic romance where Cullen doesn't. So I find the demands to be a bit self-serving.

Let the characters be. I'm not starting any movement to let Dorian "evolve" even though I'd clearly love for it to happen. He's gay, end of story. I'm content to be his friend unless I'm willing to play a male and romance him that way.

If I took this forum seriously, I'd have to conclude that none of them are.

Seriously lighten up people. Fictional characters are not real.

Dorian would be a hot bisexual man. I wish he was because he flirts so wonderfully...whoever voiced him did a great job. Think about the possibilities could be a great little triad there with iron bull, femquizzy, and dorian. Bioware should've went for it. I suppose I could do Cullen too if Dorian is out of the picture. Either way, hot sandwich.

Because sexual orientation is real while fantasy race is imaginary? Also, he was supposed to be bisexual. There are files that show he has romance dialogue with a male inquisitor. It's more like asking for them to add what was removed due to time constraint. It's not changing sexuality if he was supposed to be bisexual.

haha, im swooning for Cullen, he is totally my type. Blond, sweet, romantic, responsible and principled etc etc- Its a shame ya'll cant romance him, he is my favorite romance, along with Garrus from ME 2+3. I must admit ithe soundfile floating around with Cullen and man inq being romantic is pretty steamy   and the convo with Dorian and Cass was pure gold, although shame on male inq for playing people! I remember when i came across him in my very first playthrough of DAO, he just made an impression on me being this big and strong warrior clad in armor acting like a shy puppy infront of my warden  I wanted more of him, and his voice is so soothing. People often wonder why he has garnered so much interest despite being a minor char in the first game, but i think this contrast is appealing to many.
