Loving the game, almost at 90hrs. I was just having a few issues. I play on a retail version on Xbox One.

1. Audio Crackle/Popping in Wireless Headphones- it doesn't happen but about once every few hours, but it's usually when I fast travel or start combat, I'll lose audio or it'll be delayed, and I'll get popping in my headphones. Quite painful! Is this most likely a hardware issue?

2. Getting Stuck in Conversations- This happens at least once every time I play. When engaging in a cinematic dialogue with a companion, when it comes to my turn to speak, no dialogue options pop up. He just stands there........so awkwardly. Sometimes hem merging home on the skip button will get it to pop up, but mostly I have to reload.

3. Levitating- This one doesn't bother me, it's kinda cool to see my big Qunari Mage floating all over the place in a constant state of panic. If I jump and imitate a convo, I float during the convo. When it's over, I'm free to float everywhere until I jump again.

4. Dragon Scaling- I was fighting the 3rd dragon in Empris du Leon, and while I was hacking away with my spirit blade, my character strangely scaled the dragon's back before promptly flying 30 ft away and taking fall damage.

5. Qunari Beard Clipping- I gave my Qunari a beard. The amount of time he spends looking down at other characters really makes the clipping painfully obvious. Wish I could shave it now, lol.

6. Audio- I don't have music. I walk around for hours with nothing but ambient noise. It's beautiful, but id like music too. Music will occasionally trigger for battle. About 1 out of 10 it will. I had a particularly long stretch of silence, and then after a battle ended, the heavy bass drums kicked in and terrified me. I assumed I was about to have an intense battle, instead I picked herbs to fight music for ten minutes, lol.
