This is the new gaming world post Anita Sarkeesian.  It's misogynistic apparently for developers to do anything sexy with the females. Male fantasy is bad M'kay, it breeds boys into misogynists and potentially rapists. Damsels in distress is bad too.  Women and men do not exist, we are all the same and only genitals exist. 

 

Varric has more "cleavage"  than any lady. Didn't you know that makes women into "misandrists".

What the hell are you talking about? No army has EVER done anything of the sort. What do you base this on, movies?

Study your history and do away with the insults. This was common in pirate and mercenary groups (also defined as private armies) and also common in more tribal societies.

And I'm happy with it. But our quizzys could show some, isn't it? specially mages, who don't have to wear heavy armors. My qunmage quizzy could use outfits like the one that Iron bull uses.

I remember Morrigan's lady parts looked great in DA:O, but in this game they look like they've been ran over by a dragon. That's the only 'breast-related' thing I've noticed, well except for Vivienne's. It's hard not to notice them.

By the way, why does 'cleavage' start with a capital letter?

I did notice Bioware de-empathized Morrigan's cleavage in this game compared to DA:O. While I don't think every game needs to have cleavage it doesn't hurt...JMO.

 

This is true. And the reduction is scale is readily apparent right from the moment you meet her. More so, when the camera pans just little above her naval line, looking above at her face, during one of the conversation scenes.

I don't really care about size as much as the CONSISTENCY of a character's appearance. Especially with someone as iconic as Morrigan.

To be fair her concept art drawings resemble DAO model more than DAI appearance, but I wonder if there isn't some sort of normal map bug in DAI in that area that affects all (or most of) characters -- there's this one dress in DAI (that you can see Queen Anora wear if she's made the Queen in the world state) which bizarrely lacks almost all shading there whatsoever. I don't think it's intentional because if they wanted to avoid cleavage display they could've simply made the dress without such plunging neckline.
