where do I get my activation/registration code? I bought from gamestop.... I received no email with it just the bonus stuff. :\\

Mine finally activated.

finally activated...but now i cant import my character from mass effect

Mine's still not working.

I sing in with the correct account, but it thinks I haven't activated yet. It's also asking me to activate my product key, although I've already used it for this site.

I've activated on this social site as well as the EA site for ME2 and it shows activated, and when I try to run the game it asks me to log-in to my EA account. After logging into the EA account successfully it says it cannot activate my game and to enter my activation code. I enter the activation code and it says that it still cannot activate the game. It says "The product key entered cannot be used to activate this game."

Found out the solution to activating.. take out the dashes in your activation code!!!

I have this same problem and am really frustrated. I figured I would get the CD mailed to me when the game was released at 10am PST (according to them). I received several emails from them, including all the bonus pre-order stuff, but no actual CD key. Does anyone know what I can do?

I'm having the same issue, however mine doen'st even show my registration on the site, any ideas
