Hello everyone. I have a problem with the Keep. So after going back into both Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II and loading an old save and then resaving afterwards both my Warden and Hawke appeared in the Keep, after about 24 hours. However, while the portrait of Hawke has appeared, my Warden's portrait/profile pic has yet to appear. In place of my Warden is just a picture of the Grey Wardens' coat of arms. 

 

So does anybody know why this is? Does it even matter in the long run? And just to let you know, I played the first two games on XBOX 360 and I'm going to be playing Inquisition on XBOX One. And if you want me to post a screenshot of the missing Warden portrait, just let me know.

Both. If I click on the "Heroes" tab I can see Hawke's portrait from in-game, but the Warden's is missing. Same thing happens if I go to the tapestry.

 

Everything else uploaded fine; my Warden's personal name and class has appeared, just not her profile pic.

In the long-run, I don't think this really matters. The Keep, and Inquisition by extension, doesn't actually read your Hawke or Warden's face or name (that I recall, certainly doesn't read faces).

So, if you just want to jump into Inquisition, you shouldn't worry, just remember to manually set all your choices, and export it.
