I believe matchmaking will always prioritize ping, how many hosted games you think you can get into before pings climbs and starts excluding?. 10 ain't a bad number.

Yar happens seems there is abit of a region lock or atleast a ping lock. Its a shame there is no dedicated servers never know tho they may come.

10 games in your region? Consider yourself lucky. I doubt there are more than two Public Threatening Lobbies in my region at any given time, though zero or one is the most common figure.

Opening this port here helped me connect to some overseas hosts, from time to time. It is not miraculous. But at least it helped me a little.
