I am speaking of where they fit on the Hot/Crazy matrix.

 

Josie would have to be at the center of the wife zone. 

Sera is the very  definition of the Danger Zone.

Cass ... I am having a hard time placing.  One minute hse is a unicorn, the next she is up in the danger zone. All in all I am thinking Date Zone, maybe?

And then there is Dorian.  Above an 8 hot; about a 3 crazy.  He fits the chart, too
