I tried to make a topic in the "Customer Service Issues" forum but apparently it was "archived due to the availability of clicking 'need help' on their site." I have no idea where to put this because outside of this issue, I have no interest in posting in the forums.
This has to do with the BiowareStore.com site. I am having immense trouble with bioware's customer service for their store.

For TWO WEEKS, my shipping label did not update. I contacted the customer support and they told me it had shipped and that I should contact UPS because they have no access to anything.
I contact UPS. They were never even shipped the package. In over two weeks. I bought this at the beginning of the month so it would be here for Christmas.
I contact the customer service again for them to finally realize no one had shipped my package. I ask if there is a faster method of travel. My question is ignored, and they tell me it won't get here by christmas despite this all being their mistake, not mine.
I ask AGAIN and voice my displeasure with the ignoring of my question and now their customer service is now not answering my emails and christmas is in 2 days. Thanks for screwing up my boyfriend's Christmas gift. No really, thank you.
