NOW WE'RE TALKING, LET THE SPECULATION BEGIN!!
So, it seems only natural to assume the 'he' and 'she' the voice speaks of refers to Fen'Harel and Mythal. "She Speaks. She's Fallen." This describes what we now know of Mythal pretty accurately. "Go to him." As in, go to Fen'Harel? You know, that 'Solas' guy who's whereabouts and intentions are currently unknown? Yup, sounds about right.
But it's the end of the message that gets into the really heavy stuff.
"Calling. The Calling!"
There is nothing else in the DA universe this could refer to other than 'The' Calling. As in, The Calling that Grey Wardens suffer due to their connection with Darkspawn.
Woah.
The implications of this are far-reaching indeed. The first and most obvious being that the ancient elves have some connection to Darkspawn, they'd have to, to know of the calling. That would mean that, at the very least, Darkspawn have been around for far longer than we thought. Perhaps Corypheous and his Magisters were not the first after all.

I may need to get my hands on this audio un-altered and do some testing of my own, it really needs to be ran through some nice filters and equalizers to try and isolate the voice from any ambience or background noise.

This is really cool hope to hear it cleared up, although I don't see how it could be about the hof considering they may or may not be alive on some playthoughs.

If the gender doesnt change then it's not about the warden. Sounds more like Flemeth. I wonder who the he you have to go to is
My first thought was "go to him" means the HoF, but they're not necessarily male. Has anyone tried it with a female warden?
Wow, this was an amazing find! I would have never thought to reverse the message. I believe the 'she's fallen' is Mythal and 'go to him' as Solas? Perhaps it's hinting at future dlc, or this 'him' is a new unknown entity. And then the end with the calling? Perhaps the elven gods and the blight are more linked than we thought. At about :25 it says Mythal... but I can't make out the rest of it.
