I cannot for the life of me figure out a way to get to the North part of the Exalted Plains map where the last two 'Rift In The Fens' battles are... Also where apparently there's a quarry and a dragon - that whole area. Its just above Fens Camp and Riverside Garrison according to my map but there seems to be no access point anywhere. Can anyone help?

Probably yes, do you know which one? Or where I go to make it available?

It's one you have to activate in the area itself. It's somewhere along the bottom edge. Start at the fort with the fast travel point on the east side then run west long the wall/bridge past the two locked towers then turn right and downward. The access will be there.

You have to do the war table mission to get to the Ghilan'nain's Grove, from there you have to do the Dead Hand puzzle to get to the northern section of the map.

I didn't actually solve the Dead Hand, and I made it up into that part to clear out the rifts (not the quarry/dragon combo platter though, I'm not quite ready for that). In the little batch of ruins just south of the camp, there are two ways out. One takes you to the Dead Hand, the other to the northern fens.
