I would've loved to see an addendum scene to the Destroy ending of ME3. You see the N7 armor. You hear the breathing. This goes on for a few seconds. Fades out. Fades back in, camera is still focused on the N7 emblem, but heavily unfocused in the background you can see and hear what sounds like a rescue team. Fades out, fades in, you're in a hospital somewhere. This happens a few more times, transitioning from surgery prep to some white walls. At last, you just hear whoever your LI/most important squadmate was say, "Shepard?". Roll credits.

Or something like this. I understand that this is a cruddy first draft sort of thing. Basically, in any case, I'd really like a more definite bittersweet ending than the one we got, without it going into "riding off into the sunset all happy" territory.

I'm amazed you peeps had Kaidan alive at all.   I keep looking around like who is that?  Oh yeah - that's that Virmire guy.

I'm not a Kaidan hater.....  just never saw it as right to sacrifice a woman to save a man.  Goes against my chivalrous nature.

Kaiden is much much more likable in Mass Effect 3 than Ashley.

I would have a mission with Samantha. To find her parents who were on Horizon. Femshep never asks her about them after Sanctuary, so I would like some kind of mission to look for them to know if they're ok or not and for Traynor to know. During the mission the two of them can talk about whatever.

I'd have to put every Alliance, Cerberus and whichever other organization resources into bringing back Mordin, same way Shep was brought back.

Then we'd go to a karaoke bar.

Kaidan is the superior officer so pretty much any soldier IRL would know that the correct thing to do would be to save him.

Actually Kaidan is a tech and Ash is a grunt. Grunts die first.  Ash also had the better chance of living through the ordeal. But in choosing, I picked based on need. My Shepard, at the time, needed Kaidan's skills more then Ash (especially since my Shepard was also a grunt).

Luckily we can replay the games over and over with different choices. Tell you this though: the first time I played ME1, Ash killed Wrex. I was screaming at her through my PC monitor. Man was I pissed. I tried to shoot her in the head but the game wouldn't let me kill her. Ever since that game I've hated that beeatch.

Your Ash killed Wrex!?! HOW!?!

During Shepard's confrontation with Wrex on Virmire, take too much time talking Wrex down (in other words, not having enough points to simply calm him down) and Ash steps in and shoots him in the back. Without your permission.

Like I said, i was pissed. My second play-though I made sure I had enough paragon/renegade points. :)

LOL  Ash will blow his brains out, and you can do variations on it.  If you did Wrex's family armor he adds more lines, and if you take off his armor prior to the mission, and give Ash a puny pow pow weapon it will take a lot of shots to kill him.  It can be pretty comical, in a dark humor kind of way.

I like that Ashley can kill Wrex. At least femshep knows she has someone to watch her back

That isn't half bad. I wish someone could add that to MEHEM.

Mass Effect 2: less characters, less recruiting, and less fighting. It's a pain to replay just to get to Mass Effect 3. This is why I think Mass Effect 3 is a better game, minus James who I hate.

The final mission of the series should be to retrieve Commander Shepard from the Citadel.  Full crew, full squad available with the exception of fatalities of course.  Retrieve and reunite with LI, dead or alive per your choices.

If dead, an honor guard escorts them in a funeral wake.  If alive, Shep rolls out with LI into the sunset.

Genius!

James takes some getting used too. In the end, you realize he's alright. But biggest gripe with him was his uniform. I'm a vet.. and I never, ever, EVAH! saw anyone present themselves to a commander in a tank top and jeans. Not while on duty. But that's not James' fault - he was drawn that way. I blame BW for trying to appeal to the COD kiddes.

I would have talked to Ashley and tell her how Bioware have f*cked up the ending, and I'd tell her I wouldn't run to the beam and meet her at a beach in Brazil after the united galaxy took care of the Reapers. I earned it.
