Curious when his romance is fully flagged to when his card changes. I've flirted with him and done his companion quest. Also kissed him in the fade and just now in the quarters. Does it get fully flag after temple of mythal?

When you talk to him after the Temple of Mythal the last romance scene will happen and that's when it's fully flagged and the card changes.

After the scene after Mythal's temple, you're locked in and can't do other romances.
