So honestly I'm just posting this because I need to vent my frustration somewhere about my non-existent love life.
There has been this guy who was coming into my work for a while now, we started talking quite a bit and he would even surprise me by bringing my coffee. He was very feminine looking, almost to the point of being fairy like and there was zero doubt in my or my coworkers head that he was gay.
With this in mind I decided to pursue him, I managed to snag his number and for the next few days we'd talk at length for hours, I found we were very similar and we shared many of the same interests and likes. I finally got up the nerve to ask him out and to my great joy I succeeded, he said yes to hanging out with me! All seems well and good right? Well, while planning out our get together i started to notice that something was off, he wasn't treating our plans like a date so I decided to clarify and just outright say that I was asking him on a date.
He then told me that he would have to decline and that he misunderstood, he was actually straight and he was really sorry. I simply typed back "well ****". I aint even sad about it, I'm just sitting here in disbelief going "no ****** way". This guy is far gayer than I am, there is no way my gaydar can be this ****. I assume that he must be a closet case because there is simply no way, everything about him is gay, but whatever, that is irrelevant.

Honestly, I cannot think of a reason why a flamboyant, obvious gay guy would lie and say he's straight. They will outright reject you.
Yeah i know im over it, its been like 2 days. I honestly just think he is a flamboyant straight guy, there are things that make sense now that didnt before I knew he was straight. Also his facebook says interested in women, which makes me really wish i had checked that first.
So im either going with that or the less likely option, he is closeted. Its hard to say though as thatis justme stereotyping.
