You're thinking the chantry is the only power source in Thedas.  Look at all the merchant guilds in Orzammar, or how about the trade princes of Antiva?  The people who get commerce and money flowing, they're all men.

So you are going from all to most, now? Which is it? And that's ignoring the fact you have no evidence to suggest the gender distribution of said people. As for the Black Divine, you mean the same Black Divine who appoints men for no other reason than to stick it to the Chantry in Southern Thedas? 

There are videos. Try looking at something on Youtube other than yourself for five minutes and you'll find them.

You haven't paid any attention to the story.  The royal house of Antiva are a bunch of figureheads with no power.  Josephine is a rare example of a female with power outside the Chantry.  Every rule has outliers though.
