Genetics don't apply much in Thedas or video games in general. They can't be very accurate. Besides Jaw is pretty much the prime factor in how a man looks like. And he actually has Fiona's Jaw.

Look at like this. An Altmer has more than thousand years to live if sickness or other untimely death don't happen. So technically an Altmer has over 200 years to train his combat arts, whatever its, magic, sword, bow etc...
A nord who lives for 100 years is very old. Assuming one starts at 15 the training should be over at 25 (and its already late). So roughly 10 years.
Ignoring other factors, this alone garners for racial superiority. I can see it but I don't support their "we are better than thou" attitude, nor do I accept the racism on nord side.
Switzerland also has the lowest gun violence in the world, and the largest number of gunowners. Every household has a gun.
When your population is 8 million people, lots of things work that can't on a larger scale.
Such as mandatory service, which contains things like firearm training. I respect them for it, but I don't pretend it somehow makes them better than another nation's citizenry.

I'm sure we all appreciate the civil rights movement and more rights being granted, both to those of black ethnicity and to women across various countries, but this is not the place to discuss it.
I'm all for improving the lot of elves across Thedas, and I think he Dalish, or at least elves in general, should have a land to call their own with no masters but themselves, and there they can live and die as they choose, but bringing up real life issues mostly resolved is not exactly the best or most tactful way to go about debating.
It's a quick way to get banned, in fact.

Yet you don't account for the possibility of stagnation as one ages. Unless one can maintain a youthful mental malleability over a long period of time, any benefit that can be gained of those extra thousand years will go to waste.
And seeing as how the Altmer have a cultural disposition towards stagnation, I fail to see how longer lifespans can benefit them.

After all, by your logic, who cares if blacks were lynched, segregated, and were generally considered lesser beings simply because they're a minority. If that extra 180+ years of training mattered then the Altmer would have never lost a war to humanity, and individual Altmers losing 1-on-1 to humans would be unheard of.

They can't grow and make new stories to build upon if they stay separated because their religion is outlawed and they're hunted or in the case of city elves completely subjugated by humans into being servants at best, regularly purged and forced into overcrowded slums by racism because of their ears and the actions of ancestors long dead.

No one said that. However, the idea that someone should suddenly gain a seat in politics because they are A ) an elf, B ) banging the empress, or C ) Both is ridiculous. Elves deserve reforms, but just like the "reforms" you keep trying to reference, which began well before the Civil Rights Movement, and had absolutely nothing to do with black people having rights and more to do with Americans having rights, these things take time and it takes understanding between all parties.

You mean humans just pop them out way too quick. Because there are way too many humans on cyrodil and elves are hopelessly outnumbered yet they can put a fight still. I bet their long life is the only reason, specially when it comes to mages.
You buy into their propaganda too much. High elves, Imperials, they all shared the common language of the ehlnofey. Ehlnofex. The word TALOS, is ehlnofex, which means Stormcrown. A name Nords gave Hjalti Early Beard after Wulfharth, the breath of Kyne demonstrated his thu'um and abilities as if they were his.
The Imperials were actually Nords until Morrowind. Hence, Humans had their own language way before Altmer entered the picture. This is fact among lore enthusiasts.

Elves are killed as a tradition and absolutely no humans complain about it. Your companions in DA2 outright say that no court would convict someone for killing an elf. Don't forget how nobles can purge alienages and can rape any elf they want. Heck, even a City Elf Warden who saves Ferelden and becomes bann still faces problems because humans to too racist against elves. How do you expect elves to get anywhere or at least be treated as people without getting involved in politics?

They're both self-imposed and forced by circumstances, as the very lore that says the city elves call elves who leave the alienage flat-ears and not truly elven also points out that the elves who leave are lucky if only their home is burned down and they're driven back into the alienage by racist humans.
