I actually don't think they would, realtalk. Literally no magister we've ever encountered or read about would even care to sugarcoat this :/

How dare you even say this... in your beige pj's.

According to Dorian they would

Both countries have good fashion sense, but Tevinter's really is superior. Seen them in the comics? and some of Dorians robe styles? fabulous doesn't even describe.

My Qunquisitor pulls of the beige pj's look, nobody else can.. But he does trust me.
.........Cause he's awesome.

Oh, no, when I said "fashion sense" regarding Orlais I meant vomit-party tier.

But yes, Tevinter is on point.

This.

I find DA elves boring and generic.  Thus, as a people, I hardly give a toss about them.

Wasn't that the point of DA's elves though? To take the generic fantasy trope of Elves being the immortal, agile hidden forest folk with ancient knowledge and wisdom and give it a DA spin to say "Oh yeah, they had ALL of that!...but they lost it and lost wars and were enslaved and are now impoverished and barely remember anything accurate of their old ways. But wait, some of them still live in the forest! So there's that."

It's almost generic, except the part where the humans weren't the big meanies oppressing the peaceful hippies. Thank god.

Honestly, on the surface most of dragon age is generic. You could dismiss anything with that bullshit sweeping statement.

"Hurr DURR, Avvar are just fantasy Pegans, hurrrdyfuckin durr!"

It's been a long time. About a thousand years.

They weren't keeping track, so of course all of them forgot what it was like back then.

The one that really gets me is in the Witcher forums when douchebags ****** about Oghren being a stereotypical dwarf and that's why they can't like him.

Uhhh, so?? That's why he's awesome! He's so dwarven, the dwarves couldn't handle him!

Dying Empire, clearly in decline, Stagnation personified - Ever since the "death" of its Emperor? please...
Its greatest strength is that most of the other factions in the lore suck, lol.

Even Geralt has had dealings with them.

Yea, and in my game, those dealings ended with them face down, ass up, body drained, head brained, blood stained, red rain, dead, dirt bed.

Get fucked, hard. Nilfgaards.

Because they lost there historic document :)...

In french there is an expression : Téléphone arabe (Arabic phone) ...

One of my teachers make us the demonstration when i was young student...

The teacher whispered a message to the first student in front of him on the left of the classroom, and this student whispered the message to his neighbor, the neighbor whispered the message to his neighbor, until the message arrived to the last student in the rear of the classrom...

After beeing whispered by 30 students, the message was completely different from the original message...

This is arabic phone... it is impossible to transmit a original message without changing it... this was in a classrom during 5 mn, so can you imagine transmitting a message during 1000 years, man after man, father to his children, children to their grand children...

The original message will be completely changed...

I'm pointing out that Geralt has had highly lucrative dealings with the Empire in the past.

He has no innate dislike of them.
