I think I screwed up by putting these on my warriors without realizing they only work if you use healing on yourself.

 

Looked up that thread that explains all the stats in the game but it doesn't specify what Heal Bonus actually does. So does this actually just apply when you use a health potion, or one of the Reaver abilities, or perhaps it even stacks with Heal on Kill weapons/rings?

One would assume healing from all sources. I hope so, too. I got a blue +27% version and all I thought was "Reaver!" I do also take two Heal on Kills and a Max Life belt with her, but she seems to be working. I'd have to try some different armors to see if there's a noticeable difference, but I'll believe for now.
