I was wanting to find out where do I go to get this things? I have installed the game put in the key and downloaded all the extras but cant find this things anywhere. Are they emailed to me from here or from where I bought the game? are they hidden in the game itself?

They should be located in a "Bonus" folder at your Mass Effect 2 install directory.

Same here : deluxe edition but no Bonus folder in the installation folder

Ok I found it duuuurrrrr I was looking in the Start Menu and not in C: Program Files, yada yada yada. Awesome!
