I just got an email about this. Where is this chest? I've been checking the shops in the game, don't see any special tabs or anything. The notification that it was available came to me yesterday.

It was in the free tab, issued during the holidays, looks like your e-mail got stuck somewhere.

You might have redeemed it already, assuming you were playing in December.

The Free tab automatically loads whenever there's something in it, it's where you redeem your Commendation Chests from weekend events.

Is that a special skin or something? I don't have anything that looks like that. I started playing about mid-December, play sporadically when I have the time, so haven't really explored everything. I never noticed anything that specifically says "in game store."

If you went into the store, you got the chest and just weren't paying attention.

 

When you get something that goes in the Free tab of the store, be it from a Holiday giveaway or completing a Weekend Challenge, the next time you enter the store it will automatically focus the Free tab.

No, that's not a special skin, that's the normal store.

I'm on PC. There's nothing in Hero's menu that says store and nothing in inventory. I tried looking while logged in and logged out. I checked inside the inventory, too.  I have the deluxe version if that makes a difference.

You enter the multiplayer and don't see the multiplayer dashboard?

Let me double check. That could be the problem since I've only dabbled with multiplayer a couple of times.

I was convinced there was an answer...

 

Not everyone likes multiplayer, but I think it is a ton of fun.

and a nice break from single player when you've looked for too much ram meat.
