do i need to finish all the winterpalace quests? These Quest for leliana and these coin-quest, cause these quests are a pain in the ass...do i lose anything, if i dont finish these quests? Is there any special dialog or reward if i finish these quest, or just XP?

No, you don't have to finish them all. Build up enough approval and proceed with the main plot.
No, those are just busy body things to do. Not that great of loot for getting all the doors open either. Save the Halla statues for when you really need them (that one room off the balcony) and get approval, then follow the main quest.
