From the install screen you get your armor down load you would think you would enter the Cerberus code there as well but if you do your screwed. Way to go Bio Ware. I'm logged in when i used the code now my game does not recognize it in game. So I can't get my other DLC. You should be clear on how and when to enter a code if it matters. Otherwise it should be credited to my account. So what do I do now spend the afternoon going through EA's support email back and forth until this gets straight... Thanks alot Bio Ware just how I wanted to spend my afternoon. I just bought this damn game and can't play it. Great.
I'm taking it back to the store and demanding they exchange it for a working copy. Then I will have two codes but at least one will work.

It only works if you do it a certain way...which isn't explained on the card or in the box. you have to enter it in-game. then on the website. Which isn't explained anywhere. very, very poor.
Wrong. You can enter the card on either the 360 or the website.
If you enetered the code on the website, you need to claim your gamertag by linking it with your EA account. Once thats done, register your copy of Mass Effect and viola, the DLC becomes availble for download on your 360.

If you redeme your Cerberus code online ie: this site. You won't be able to use it in game. So it is unkonw if you can stat a new game without ceberus and then add it later or have to restart. Great Huh. They tell you to redeme your codes on line then it screws you over if you do.
Wrong. Look at my post above yours.
Seriously guys, go read the new Bioware posts. They explain all this crap.

I have already registered my game on my account. Link it to what gamertag? This is PC all the way no link needed between xbox and PC here. This is a pure BIO WARE screw up letting you register your code on this site with your game and not linking it to your game.
...If you have a 360 sign into your EA account in game. Thats how you download the DLC. What part of that are you not getting?

I had no trouble with DLC codes (except for the Dr. Pepper ones, cause that site is messed up/not active/full of dead links).
But lots of double and triple posts on the forums! BioWare forums -- the only thing buggier than characters on the 360 version!

I'm using the PC version and it worked just fine for me as I started the game, played through once, and then registered my card on this website, then downloaded the DLC. I'm playing the standard pre-order version.
