I really hope not. Inquisition is a huge step in the wrong direction. At least Dragon Age 2 had some redeeming features and was still very much like Origins. Inquisition, on the other hand, is the one title that tried to reinvent the wheel. From combat and questing to the facebook-esque war room and the mmo-style crafting. It's all stuff should be handled better or just scrapped.
Personally, I would even love to see silent PC again. Namely because the only voiced protagonist in a Bioware game that I ever liked was Fem Shep. I never managed to like Male Shep, the Inquisitor is just an emotionless slab and I don't really recall DA2 all that much. I just know sarcastic/humourous Hawke was not even remotely funny.
Origins definitely need make a return. Heck, unique Origin stories inplace of some vast area like the Hinterlands (that is littered with crap loot) would be far more enjoyable. An hour long opening area explaining how my Kadash or my Trevelyan would of been very helpful in gaining some perspective on their place in the game world. I'd wager it would also be helpful for new players to the series as well. Let's not go the Bethesda route in which the first or second quest has you fighting a massive dragon of closing a gate to hell. It's unfortunate there is never any build up to these epic encounters anymore.
