Please refund me 560 Bioware points, or direct me to the proper place where I can make this request.
I am currently playing Mass Effect 2 and decided to purchase the DLC. I went over to this page, added 1,200 Bioware Points, and chose the DLC packs I wanted. I opened each in a new tab and, beginning with the "Kasumi - Stolen memories", began buying them, one by one.
This one went through without a hitch, however - for the second DLC, "Firepower Pack" - I hit the purchase button and was taken to a page delcaring I had bought another "Kasumi - Stolen Memories" pack. Obviously the website does not play nice with multiple tabs and, despite reading "Firepower Pack" on the confirmation page, processed the purchase of another "Kasumi" pack.
Why the website allows multiple purchases of identical DLC is beyond me, but I digress.
Please refund my Bioware points.
