The only time I remember seeing Everknit Wool drop was from Red Templars in the Hinterlands (in a save where I had sided with the mages - your "nemesis" enemy spawns infrequently in the Hinterlands)
The problem is, Red Templars everywhere else... Storm Coast, Emprise du Lion, Hissing Wastes, drop Plush Fustian Velvet and Dales Loden Wool instead.
Have I essentially locked myself out of ever obtaining Everknit Wool if I've sided with the Templars?
