If you don't like the "agenda" that Bioware is supporting then maybe you should play something that caters more to your attitude. Like a board game. You make the decision to purchase these games, after Bioware has been "catering" to the masses for a number of years now, over several different games.

To be honest I agree with you, I'm at fault here, although to avoid spoilers I was avoiding informations about DA:I. Now I got pretty much spoiled in a certain areas and I must say, they have truly went overboard with the agenda. In the future I will read everything about BioWare's production and I won't pre-order until I'm sure that the game is 'safe' or at least proportions favour my side of the table.

I partially agree with you. There is enough of them, in fact there is too many of them. My straight character who prefers straight companions gets only one straight female romance: Cassandra and she is not even appriopriately feminine to fulfill my taste. I think that BioWare should change its statement from 'we don't want to cater to majority of population' to 'we are sorry, our biggest monetary contributors, here are your straight female romances'. It does not sit well with me and I feel that my money supported the agenda I wholeheartedly oppose with every fiber of my existence.

If it doesn't "sit well with you", go buy the rest of 99% games that have your hetero agenda.

I do buy them. If it is straight then there is no agenda, it is simply a norm. No reason to be snarky-meme about it.

Purely out of curiosity and honestly not because I'm trying to start a fight, what does "appropriately feminine" mean? None of my previous DA characters have romances, so I understand not clicking with the available options, but I'm curious. And I'm wondering who you romanced in previous DA games.

Yes, there's agenda, the exact same "agenda" gay people have.

Lol "norm". Your sexuality is as much normal as ours. Always existed and will continue to exist, thanks to mother nature.

I have no idea how people got "too much gay" from the OP's post. They stated that there is a perfectly reasonable amount of content for gay players, and that the amount should not be changed.

Maker, people are thick on these forums.

Your version had an unfortunate typo. See, the actual title of the game is "Dragon Age: Inquisition" and not "Bigotry Simulator: 1956 with Fantasy".

You should ask for a refund.

The original post was edited a few times for clarification. The earlier replies were in response to what was initially written, which did come across poorly.

Since it's game no matter LI's sexuality they are open for everyone. Personally I'd love if there was another lesbian or bisexual woman for lady dwarves and qunaris or then straight male one for them. But any new options is fine for me.

I don't think there is too much gay relationships. Finally everyone has some choices. It's something to be celebrated about.

Every time I see this thread title, I imagine Goldilocks...

goldilocks-and-the-three-bears-story-7.j

"This game had not enough gay relationships..."

"This game had too many gay relationships..."

"But this game had just enough gay relationships..."

And then the bears ate her. 'Cuz it's BSN.

I read a similar story, but it's about 3 gay bears and a blonde twink.

Feminine appearance and behaviour; delicate, soft, shy, vulnerable, intuitive, sensual, physically weak and submissive. Hugely it depends on writing and character presentation, the further from common man traits the better. Merrill, petite, silly, naive, innocent energetic, warm hearted, easily exploitable and in need for her patriarch. I could not romance anyone except her. My favourite companion ever. In DA:O it was Morrigan, only because she was the only straight companion and lore favoured her, I still have a bad taste in my mouth.

Norm is not a synonym for 'normal'. Considering you have mentioned 'nature', some people say that cancer is natural too.

There aren't enough heterosexual male options. Just about everyone else has more than two choices.

It's a joke, right? Everyone has 2 options except for straight female with 4.

Everyone should've had three. Bisexual males and females had more than two options I'm pretty sure.

Straight males interested in straight romances are most probably the biggest monetary contributors of DA:I. There is no need to keep an equal amount of romances, straight males should get the most out of romances. 'Everyone' sounds silly when you compare itsy bitsy minorities to a healthy majority paying and playing the game.

I did hit the ignore button but I keep viewing his posts anyway out of some kind of morbid...I don't know what. Amusement, maybe. It's so bizarre it's almost cute, at this point.

Female Quizzy's had 5. Male Quizzy's had 4. That's before orientation and taste. I really liked Cass and Josie. Dorian was fun but sooo catty (IMO), though I kind of liked that about him.

The IB was cool but even less attractive than he looked. Cullen I was even more bummed about when I learned we almost had him.

Solas I thought was alluring. There was something about his manner that I quite liked even if I really wish he had hair. I'd have preferrd him as an LI option over IB but oh well.

Bisexuals always have more than anyone regardless of how many options there are. If everyone has 3 options, bisexuals would have either have 1 or 2 more options. In this game, straights, lesbians, and gays all have 2 options.

If you're talking about statistic. Bioware stated that the majority of the people don't even use the romance feature.

It's just such ridiculous bigotry at this point that you kind of just can't look away. "No way, he said ... With a straight face!? In 2014!?"
