alright so i redeemed my cerberus network card earliar and was never able to downlaod it, so i called ea, bioware, and microsoft and was on the phone for close to 3 hours and only got an answer from microsoft and they couldn't do anything. so i just bought the cerberus network caus ei never got through to ea. i went and made sure my ea account was linked to my gamertag and it is so i redeemed the codes i had for my two armors i had. I restarted my console after i redeemed the codes like it told me to and Guess what they are no where to be found in my game what the hell is the problem with this.
so i redeemed my two armor codes and i can't find them in the game to download

Yeah I redeemed my Terminus/M-490 Code, and so far I haven't got an email or a message on XBL. It's like I never put it, what's going on?

Same here. I redeemed both my Terminus/M-490 Code and my Collectors Armor card and both don't show up. I'm pretty peeved about this.
