Cratto's suggestion [up there] is the pathway to achieving this resolution.
I had previously convinced the trio to work together in the best interests of the empire, allowed Celene to continue solo, and also allowed her to be executed. I had placed Gaspard on the throne as Briala's puppet, and also positioned the Grand Duke as solo monarch. I only recently managed to reconcile the former lovers for that ending.
