MrCodeslinger, praise be his name, has posted a video on how to get this rather elusive sword.
tl;dr version:
1. Go to the ruined village in the Exalted Plains to pick up a codex entry
2. Go to Emerald Graves, claim a landmark and then search immediately for the hidden stash
Fextralife wiki entry: http://dragonage3.wi...ife.com/Evanura
Item Level 19
160 Damage
+16 Cold Damage
+27% Armor Penetration
+40 Max Guard
Master Frost Rune

What's the point of these weapons now that we have crafting?

Because it's there.

Because it's there.
So, out of curiosity, how does this work for you? You find it, look at it, and ... then what? You sell it? Keep it with other stuff with bad stats until you run out of inventory space and then sell it?
I really don't see the point of it, but, I'm glad it makes people happy.

Yes.

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, pixels to pixels.
I really don't see the point of it, but, I'm glad it makes people happy.
Indeed, sometimes I too am seized by a deep existential crisis relating to the innate pointlessness of human existence. However, this is easily solved by the strategem of pretending to be an elf.

The first answer was strange ("How?" - "Yes"), but I'm loving the last answer. ![]()
