Try going through that 3 times and then create a post. EA is swamped right now, understandably. Also, if you're releasing a game as big as ME 2, I think it necessary to accommodate the launch with ample support staff waiting in case something like this happens. (Especially with EA, they should know this by now.)

Same problem here, happened several times in a row and all while waiting on the phone for hours and still haven't talked to anyone.

The point is, why in the hell am I even being forced to go through all this??? I wish I hadn't purchased it in store - next time I'll rent it for sure. A company that screws its customers over does not deserve my money.

They are cowards for ditching the chat sessions. They should just make it "not available" instead of telling people to wait an hour, then closing them out because they're afraid to provide customer service.. class action lawsuit anyone? We need to get EA out of the videogame business because they SUCK at their job.

Well, for what it's worth, I'll never buy another EA game - rent maybe, but not buy. If they continue with this nonsense trying to **** up their own customers - there are plenty of other companies to buy games from.
OK, I'm done with ME2 - back to the store. I'll rent it from GameFly later. 11 cancelled chat sessions, 2.5 hours on the phone with no end in sight (still holding)... **** this ****.
