Mine has the ones which are cut because (being a mage) I thought they'd suit her backstory better, but they don't. I haven't quite invented an RP reason for them yet, but I'm sure I will.

Mine did until I heard Iron Bull talk about the current Arishok having no horns and that it usually means they are destined for something great. I recreated my Qunari with no horns, lol. 

And you do know who the current Arishok is right?

Personally I want to get everything out of the race I'm playing as, like my my elves are always the so-called "elfy elves", sorry Sera, dwarves want glory for dwarves and so on. Even if the vallaslin was optional for the elves I'd still add it and same goes for qunari horns. Plus, they look really badass - without horns they're just... bald.

 

I really dig the idea of qunari with long braids or dreadlocks. LONG FLOWY HAIR FOR DRAGON AGE 4. Please finally do it guys.

Horns make the bad hair and lack of tattoos somehow tolerable so horns of cource. I wouldn't do hornless qunari.

One does and one doesn't.  Both males.  The warrior has them.  The mage doesn't.  Thought it would add to his reputation to be both a mage and hornless.

Ataashi has horns similar to avatar. Qunari believe no horns, or sawed-off horns are scary. According to NPC responses, and my personal opinion. Horned Qunari are more badass.

All the hornless options made him look like a weird human with a deformed forehead

Went for the horn that went straight-up yet didn't look that out of place. The Maleficent-looking ones.

I made a hornless mohawked Qunari.  His hair is red, which doesn't look too bad, even on 360.  I had to adjust skin options so that the weird black skin was gone on the head.  Now he actually looks badass.

After 12 hours with my hornless Qunari I realized that I did not upload my saved world state to the Keep so now I am restarting. Going to give him horns this time around too. I was starting to think my hornless Qunari was looking way too much like a grey skinned Shrek. It was really bothering me lol.

Yes.  Ever since the Qunari were remodeled in DA2, they look weird to me without horns.
