Very upset, since the Sony / Microsoft server hack. My game saves won't load because it keeps saying missing dlc content from Deluxe edition. In the middle if my second play through (nighmare) , holiday time off, and the game is useless unless your signed in . No psn  or live sign in = no dragon age server sign in = no verification on deluxe edition dlc = save won't load.

I'm pretty sure there was a video /twitter that Cameron said once you install game / update, no online needed. Not so it seems.

Our internet went down for several hours, two days ago, and I played the game (PC deluxe edition) just fine. So is this a problem with non-PC versions?

I have PC version but havn't loaded it yet. We have 2 PS4 and one X1 versions running, until; yesterday and today, all was good. The PS4 versions are much smoother and less glitches. None of us have played multiplayer, but apparently the disk version of deluxe dlc needs to be verified each time you start up with dragon age servers which don't connect unless you can sign in to PSN or xbox. This won't let you load a save. I have one friend on PS4 without dlc content and he is playing fine.

If I knew this I would have uninstalled dlc from deluxe edition before playing second game, its useless on nightmare anyway.

Try physically disconnecting your console/PC from the internet before launching DA:I and see if that changes anything.

That's strange. I play the game offline all the time on my laptop with the deluxe edition. It would suck if they check DLC like they did with ME3.

Nope won't work either, " Unable to load saved data, Downloadable content missing" (Its not), then Dragon age server tries to connect then say" You must be signed in to PSN to access online features", this just sucks. Since the DLC is not on disk directly, its a download after the fact. so no reinstalling from  disk, and no removing will make game saves work. So apparently no console gaming on my days off.

Now I know what it feels like to be addicted to tobacco, lol, I'm jittery, been playing a little every night and weekends since release, 252 hours on my first play thru (normal) and just broke 100 hours on my nightmare run. Now I've been cut off..

I know the feeling and I've never smoked but I feel that way when my games get glitchy. We lost our electricity for a few hours too and it was hard times, not knowing when I'd get to play again.

Wait, what? I'm planning to take my ps3 somewhere where I don't have internet connection to continue playing the deluxe edition and you're telling me that I payed a few extra dollars out of my pocket to not use the extra DLC nor continue my game thus far? And I thought Origins' 10 character limit was a dumb idea.

edit: so I decided to boot up my ps3 to see for myself if I can load it or not without being online and... it worked. Either this is a PS4 problem or your suffering a hell of a glitch.

I'm on the PS4 with the deluxe addition, and while it took FOREVER to load the game to where I could even try to access my saves, after waiting nearly 10 minutes, it did finally do so, and I didn't have any problem loading my save file.

=/ I feel for you and anyone else who is having issues, though, because this is the crappiest time for North Korean tyrants to get their man-panties in a wad and sic the one person in that country who knows how to use the internet on the gaming networks. I really hope our government (or better yet, the UN) gets involved. Or maybe Anon could teach NK what real hackers can do.

This makes no sense for two reasons. First of all I've been able to play the game without the Deluxe DLC since launch. Also why would it ask you to download it if you already have it?
