This is as of March. It does not include digital sales:

3.4 million copies sold. Does sales make for a better game? According to that troll logic, it does. The last FIFA game has sold 30 million copies. The latest Madden game sold 10 million copies. Yet, clearly an RPG, a niche market, has to achieve the numbers of TW3 or Skyrim just to be good. Well, at least according to some posters.
I think some posters have a bloated sense of ego and over-importance. They have to flail for excuses to have their "hated" game fail. I don't know why they don't just go to another forum.
I don't care if TW3 did better. EA made over $1 billion dollars last year. They can afford to have Inquisition sell "poorly." Also, this was one of the best selling RPGs of all time for BioWare.
BioWare isn't going to take pity on a few very loud, very vocal self-proclaiming straight men because they personally find Cass and Josie unappealing. There is mods for both characters on nexus. Go use them.
Oh and here's one more thing. David Gaider may have left the DA project, but I'm betting he's not just speaking for himself here.

Let us all hang our heads in melancholic commiseration for those who must endure the presence of insufficiently feminine women. They are the unsung heroes among us.
