Anyone else have this problem and manage to fix it?
The "quest completed" sound effect is bugged for me and plays constantly.
Close the map? QUEST COMPLETED!
Close the menu? QUEST COMPLETED!
Load into an area? QUEST COMPLETED!
Load a (bugged) save? QUEST COMPLETED!
I've had to mute sound effects entirely because it's driving me up the wall. I have a save that isn't glitched out, but I've already tried reverting to that save, only for the bug to happen again. It seems like if I complete any quest at all, the sound will bug out on me. It's like it's replacing the sound effect that plays when you open and close menus for some reason.
