Hello guys i wanted to ask about how you unlock new recpies? 
I read somewhere that promoting do that and i also read that crafting a recpie unlocks more recpies in return ?

I honestly don't know. I have a grand total of 2 bow and dagger grip recipes and like 15 one hander recipes. I'm not sure what the rhyme or reason is behind it.

Heh, recpies. Recreational pies? I'd throw them in MP. But only at teammates.

Same. Do they unlock as we build up weapon experience?

I dont beleive there is anymore then 2 or 3 upgrade choices for each weapons attachment. Been playing awhile and completed most of the prestige. Never had more then the 2.

They have not added more to the game.  Supposedly more will be released later.  It does say achievements unlock more patterns so...That could be it if they add it.

That's my thoughts also. Gaining experience on specific weapons and challenges unlocks them.

That said I'd like an official BW answer.

I have not seen any recipes unlock, nor anyone mentioning any recipes besides the available default ones. BW hugely blew the scope of crafting to an unreal proportion in the live playthrough streams and Q&A's.

if you max out a weapon it does not give recipes. its likely going to come from  weekend events or new achievements brought in as future dlc.

There are some unlocks for sure. In particular, armor sets for each character expand when you first unlock them, and at some point more seem to be added since I have 4-5 for some and only two for others. Probably tied to some of the character-specific challenges like one of the loading tips kinda hints but I've seen no clear indication which challenge it is. Then again I'm not really that eager to spend a lot of materials to craft new armor that is only colored slightly differently than the one I already have. And even the blue set is only slightly better.

Armor unlocks when you craft a new "tier".  Nothing to do with achievements as far as we know.

Im nearing completion on most of the challenges and can say ive unlocked no new recipes for crafting at 375 prestige.
