If I played both dragon age games on the 360 is it possible to transfer all the data using the keep onto the Ps4? Or would I have to get a Xbox 1 in order to transfer the data?

If your upgrading the keep will send a code to the console importing your choices. Doesnt matter what console you still get your imported stated
