Camera height adjusts to your character's race. When I played a Qunari, I felt like I towered over everyone (except Bull, of course), and now that I'm playing a Dwarf, I have to look up to everyone except my fellow Dwarves.

I also love the expressiveness of the faces when you talk to people in the cutscene conversations. I don't understand what the folks complaining about lack of expression are talking about. It's true that the lips don't form the words the actors are speaking, but that would be asking an awful lot. There's plenty of expression in the movement of eyes, brows, and mouths. One tiny example: if you're playing a female character, and you flirt with Cassandra, this wry little smile flashes across her face. I was like, "Whoa! Did I see that?!" Awesome. Thank you, Bioware.

The characters do still look like cartoons, but they're getting better all the time. The eyes are *wonderful* - they look so realistic. Which makes Morrigan seem really freaky - no real human being has eyes that color. Keep up the good work, Biofolks.

Even on the 360 I think the expressions are pretty phenomenal. I can only imagine how awesome they'll look when my textures pop in correctly, presumably after the next patch. I remember when it was a huge deal to see visible character responses when they were making mass effect 1. That aspect just keeps getting better and better. I don't know why people are complaining.

I agree that the faces do express emotions very well, but conconsidering previous DA games and the ME series can't see why this game has some bad lipsync

I like how different weapon types...even in the same class of weapon such as 2 handed attack differently.

I thought Morrigan looked FANTASTIC in this game. But does anyone else want to play pin the fringe on her skirt?

I -love- the rift magic trainer.  I really don't want to say too much because this isn't the spoiler scuttlebutt, but I just want you all to know that, yes, I am your trainer.

Yeah that made me just want to run away from being a rift mage. Not the best advertisement. :P

So yeah, I can't resist sharing it now that I am thinking about it.  Luckily, I'd recorded it!  Just got it up on Youtube, probably still processing...  It is in spoiler tags.  Don't anybody go blaming me if you open the spoiler tag and get spoilered!

The mouths actually do follow the words, not as clearly as in some other games but still. And what's more, when you change the language setting so they're all speaking another language, the mouth movements match that too.

And I agree on the expressiveness. In one of the Cullen romance scenes I remember marveling at how you could just read exactly what he was thinking and feeling off his face. And there's one place you can break up with him where he doesn't say a word but it's so clear just how hurt and disappointed and angry he is. It's just amazingly good.

I love how people like to pretend this game is unplayable on PC with mouse and keyboard.

Its not unplayable. I can play it, but its bad. And it was good in origins, DA2, neverwinter nights, baldurs gate.

Ofc ,some ppl dont want things to be top notch and can settle for mediocrity. Some ppl can look past it. I cant.

I love how asshats insist on finding every thread where anyone has something good to say about the game just so they can complain, rather than using the other 90% of threads in the feedback (whine) subforum instead.

Actually a good idea, Bioware should really AD such a sub-forum! Would make life for everyone lot easier!

Well, I love standing at the Storm Coast, watching the waves. Can't help it, I think its awesome

I also love that the main Quizzy-armour is mostly "coats" yeah, a big complaining-point for others, but I love this style!

And I love the main theme ... its friggin fantastic and I now officially declare it superior to Inon Zurs Grey Warden theme, hate me for it, I can bear it!

Time to read a novel during area loads.

Or to get the kid a snack and start another episode of Wallace & Gromit.  It's just right for my household.

More seriously: all the little facial animation touches; how each herb and mineral looks distinct; how all the bookcases are filled with individual volumes; the two random elves bickering over the events in Mythal's temple (sounds like two college students at the nearest Starbucks).

I love the character interactions. Everyone feels really unique and fun.

I love the mini-stories in each area. I love chasing down the Freemen and rooting them out in the Graves, I love clearing out Crestwood, I love chasing the little bits of side-story going on everywhere I go.

I love the look of the environments. The Hissing Wastes and the Emerald Graves in particular.

I love the story, and all the story quests.

I love the combat, especially with the limited health regen. And the companions. They are very fun to interact with.

It's a sad testament to the state of this board that I can't figure out if this is sarcasm or not. :/
