I've started the game without any problems and have gotten to the 2nd mission, the tutorial, where the medical base is being attacked and shepard needs to get up and grab a pistol and armour from a locker. The key to use the locker says space and I've clicked the space bar 5,000 times it doesn't do anything. Alo I changed the keybind for using objects and the option still says space and even trying the new keybind doesn't work.

Any similiar issues or a solution?

easy issue like this and no solutions or an experienced ME player to shoot me down andsay i'm doing something silly? =(

Tried re-installing the space bar in the tutorial still doesn't work. Guess I'm either really dum or the only one having this problem.

Also game is ME2, Digital Deluxe Download, and the space key does work I've tried it in other mmo's and rpg's aswell as word documents and there is nothing wrong on my end.

I have the same problem and so I noticed if I hit esc and then esc again, when it goes back to gameplay screen the redbox turns blue for one millisecond and I can hit space bar, but its hella annoying I have to do this at every red box point of interest opening doors etc... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Chris wrote the instructions for reporting a problem.  Anyone without a serious interest in an answer will have ignored Chris' instructuions, and be ignored in their own turn as well.
