That's easy to say in retrospect, until her files were found and all you knew of her was a brief description. Then it's the same situation.

It's hardly cut content when the character didn't get past the initial design phase; there isn't any content to cut.

You know what was also cut? Origin stories so people could have multiple races. Maybe thats why the Qunari companion went.

On the other hand, we haven't seen a female qunari companion in the previous games. In fact, there has never been a female qunari in the series.

You know this character might never have been "cut" it could be they saw very early development and replaced by another character that met their needs more.  Heck it might even have been the character they were using during all the demos we saw they using during E3 before they actually had a character generation system.

I think this game needs more qunari, in the sense of big, tall, gray, horned people.

 

Maybe not so many as Dragon Age 2, but definitely more than 1 (2 if you play as one)

Much as I love the description, I would not have liked another companion DLC stunt from BW. I prefer story DLCs, just saying ...

I would love to see a female Qunari companion in future games or appearing in DLC, or just more female Qunari in general as NPCs. When making a female Qunari Inquisitor it was interesting to feel like the only female Qunari around, but at times it also felt a bit lonely. Seeing this character description makes me realize how interesting it would be to have a female Qunari around and provide her perspective on Qunari culture in future installments of the DA series.
